ContentCalendar90 is operated by Igor Lozano (Spain, EU). The service generates AI-powered content based on user input in exchange for a one-time payment.
Payment and pricing
- All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is one-time. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Digital content and right of withdrawal
This service delivers digital content (AI-generated files) immediately after payment. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m):
- By checking the consent box before purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content.
- You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once the content has been generated and delivered.
Refunds
While the right of withdrawal does not apply to delivered digital content, we will issue a refund if:
- The tool fails to generate a result due to a technical error.
- The generated content is substantially different from what the tool describes.
To request a refund, contact support@payoncetools.com within 7 days of purchase.
AI-generated content
- Results are generated by an AI model. They are provided as-is and may require review before use.
- For legal, medical, or financial documents: the output is a starting point, not professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for critical matters.
- You own the content generated for you. We claim no rights over your results.
Limitations of liability
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the generated content.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
- Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.
